Important terms and conditions for you to read through before your visit.
BOOKINGS
If you are running late for your reservations
. We are unable to hold your booking for more than 10 minutes,
. We need 24 hour notice if you wish to cancel or amend your booking. Please note we may not always have availability to amend your reservation: we will do our best!
. We only will give your reserved table when all guests are arrived.
. Please note that we operate a 10-minute holding policy on reservations, if you are running late please call in advance.
. YOUR DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED if the bookings of a no-show or late cancelation (up to 24hrs before your reservation)
. Please note we don’t take booking on weekend for more than 20 people , if you still wish to book for more than 20 people we will put a set price per person give us a call for more information.
. Deposit will be fully refunded or taken off of your finall bill .when this is not apply to you Deposit will not be refunded if you show up with less numbers of guests than what the booking is initially made for unless it has amended in advance (24 hour notice).
– Please note for group of 10 people and above you need to confirm your booking in advance by paying the deposit.
. Please note we don’t take booking via e-mail or social media give us a call direct to 01179426100
. Please note that during busy time you will have limited time for dine in, 2hours for groups of 10 people and above and 1 hour and 30 minutes for groups of less then 10 people.
.Please note we don’t take same day bookings.
WALK-IN always welcome.
. Please note that Food or drink that is not purchased from the restaurant is not allowed to be consumed at the our restaurant at any time.
. Please note that we don’t serve alcohol and not allowed to bring it in at all.
. Please note that dogs are not allowed in the restaurant.
By booking with LONA GRILL HOUSE LTD you confirm your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
PAYMENTS
. Please note we take up front payment.
All food and drink prices are VAT included.
.A 10% service charge will be added to your final bill and it is NOT optional.
ALLERGY REQUIREMENTS
Please notify us of any specific allergies or food intolerances in your party, both at the time of the booking and to a member of our team when you arrive.
WAITING TIME
Please note as we cook all our meat from fresh (raw) to the best way it can be cooked therefore it may take longer for our chefs to prepare your meal to come to your table especially during busy periods, it may take 40 minutes or more to make sure your food is cooked perfectly, your patience is appreciated.
LONA Reserves the right to cancel any bookings at any time for any of the following reasons:
. If the guest is in breach or default of their obligations under this agreement.
. If the event might prejudice the reputation of LONA GRILL HOUSE , or cause damage to the premises.
. If we are unable to carry out any obligations due to circumstances beyond our control (for example closure, refurbishment or emergency)
BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION
-If you have birthday or any other celebration we want to make sure it will be special to celebrate and unforgrtable ,we have our special way to do it for you and our members of the team will be attended to celebrate with you,
please note that you will be charged a £5 fee for the fountain candle and celebration when you bring your cake.
LOYALTY CARD
-Please note you can get a loyalty card and collect 6 stamps to get a free wrap and drink but this only applies on one card, we do not combine stamps from multiple cards.
-Please note that you get one stamp per visit.
-Please note that we will not be held liable for lost or damage or stolen cards.
-please note we can’t give you stamp from your previous visit when you forgot to stamped.
LOST PROPERTY
LONA GRILL HOUSE LTD accepts no responsibility for any loss of or damage to property left behind.
WE MAY MAKE CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
– We amend these terms from time to time. make sure check regularly.
WE DO’NT TOLERATE ABUSE OF OUR TEAM.
OUR TEAM MEMBERS ARE HERE TO MAKE YOUR VISIT TO OUR BUSINESS A PLEASANT ONE.
VERBAL,RACIAL,PYHSICAL,ABUSE AND AGGERESSIVE BEHAVIOUR TOWARD OUR TEAM MEMBERS OR OTHER VISITORS WILL NOT BE TOLERATED, ALL INCIDENTS ARE REPORTED TO THE POLICE.
